A 16-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting in New Haven, Connecticut, on Sunday morning and later walked into Yale New Haven Hospital for treatment, police said.
Officers were called to the hospital on Chapel Street after the shooting victim arrived sometime before 9 a.m., according to the New Haven Police Department. The teenager was treated for injuries that were described as non-life-threatening.
